By accessing or using Outreacher's AI-powered Reddit monitoring and engagement automation platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including but not limited to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

Outreacher provides an AI-powered automation platform that enables users to:

• • Generate contextual, AI-powered response suggestions based on custom prompts
• • Track and analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance
• • Manage multiple subreddits and engagement workflows through a centralized dashboard

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

5. AI-Generated Content and User Responsibility

Outreacher uses artificial intelligence to generate response suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and should be reviewed before posting
• • You are solely responsible for all content you post on Reddit, whether generated by AI or not
• • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material that requires human review
• • You must ensure all posted content complies with Reddit's policies and applicable laws
• • Outreacher is not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of AI-generated content

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• • Pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan
• • Provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• • Accept that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• • Acknowledge that prices may change with 30 days' notice, affecting subsequent billing cycles
• • Understand that failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the Service

Free trial periods, when offered, are available once per user and require valid payment information. We may charge your payment method at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.

7. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Your subscription plan includes specific usage limits for:

• • Monthly post monitoring quota
• • AI response generation requests
• • API calls and data processing

We reserve the right to enforce reasonable limits on your use of the Service to ensure fair access for all users and to prevent abuse. Excessive usage beyond plan limits may result in additional charges, throttling, or account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Outreacher and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you create or post. By using the Service, you grant Outreacher a limited license to process and display your custom AI prompts and settings solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Third-Party Services and Reddit Integration

Outreacher integrates with Reddit through official APIs and is subject to Reddit's terms and policies. You acknowledge that:

• • Reddit may change its APIs, policies, or terms at any time, which may affect Service functionality
• • Outreacher is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Reddit

10. Data Privacy and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• • Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTREACHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• • MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• • That THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
• • THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUALITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT
• • RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUTREACHER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
• • Interruption or cessation of the Service
• • Errors or omissions in any content or AI-generated suggestions
• • Reddit account suspensions, bans, or other actions taken by third parties
• • Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Outreacher in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Outreacher and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• • Your violation of these Terms
• • Your violation of any third-party rights, including Reddit's policies
• • Any content you post or generate using the Service

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Outreacher operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
